The Zagreb Fair features 10th Call Centre Conference

The 10th Call Centre Conference was held at the Zagreb Fair on November 16. The Conference was aimed at experts for customer relationships, contact managers, call centre managers, ICT specialists and corporate communicators. This year the Conference gathered over 300 specialists.

Call centre industry and dynamic development of new call centre services is continually growing. Therefore the Conference focuses on the companies that today need to communicate efficiently with their clients. The leading Croatian call centre suppliers participated in the Conference: Ericsson Nikola Tesla, Logos, Sedam IT, Optima OSN Inženjering, Oracle, Metronet and  TIS.

Ericsson's solution Solidus e-care was presented within the session Industry Leaders by Nataša Amin, and Krešimir Kerš presented the call centre supporting the ER service as an example of successful implementation. Zdenka Hrabar participated in the round table discussion entitled „The Veterans Block – 10 years after: Where is the Croatian call centre industry heading?" as one of the initiators of the Conference and its former organizer within the Info Fair.

Pavao Britvić, assistant manager of the National Protection and Rescue Directorate, presented the course of the project "112" and stirred up a lot of interest for the topic. In general, the Conference topics ranged from CTI to VoIP and as it was scheduled to last only one day many topics will still have to wait until the next year to come into focus.
