Ericsson Nikola Tesla’s scholarships to students

Ericsson Nikola Tesla is a Croatian company with nearly 1500 employees; the majority is university graduates. The intellectual capital is the company's major asset and a permanent competitive advantage.  For that reason one of the company's strategic objectives is to be a preferred employer in the country. Accordingly, the company pays much attention to human resources planning and development, also to retaining experts capable of accomplishing complex tasks in the new telecommunication world.
 
In order to secure top quality associates  in the time to come the company decided to grant some twenty scholarships to the ordinary students in their final semester at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb and at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Split.

 

During their studies scholarship holders will get acquainted with the practical implementation of their theoretical knowledge in business processes. Depending on their interests and requirements they will choose their area of specialization for practical work, for the preparation of the graduate thesis or seminar papers under competent guidance and mentorship.

 

Every scholarship holder of Ericsson Nikola Tesla will have a unique opportunity to work in the ICT industry and to get to know the development process in modern technologies. Work experience in Ericsson Nikola Tesla will enrich their knowledge acquired at the university and bring new opportunities for their career development in the ICT industry.
