"Breakfast with Ericsson", a tradition at the Enterprise Systems of Ericsson Nikola Tesla, took place at the Sheraton Hotel Zagreb on 14th October with over 130 participants. The topic of the conference was MX-ONE™, an IP based exchange representing a further step in the evolution of enterprise systems. Business partners and journalists were greeted by Snježana Ivezić-Torbarina, the Director of Enterprise Systems at Ericsson Nikola Tesla. A presentation of the stand-alone version of MX-ONE IP communications platform followed, i.e. of a fully equipped IP-PBX system that enables companies and other organizations to make a better use of their IT and communication infrastructure deploying the converging voice/data network immediately. After that the operation of the system was shown and guests could see at first hand a number of possibilities provided by MX-ONE.

The MX-ONE system of Ericsson makes possible an overall series of telephone services by means of IP networks for up to 7,000 users, with integrated mobility and advanced solutions in enterprise operation. With this system one can use analog, digital, mobile and IP telephones. The system has an open architecture, permits upgrading and is therefore future-oriented. The users of Ericsson's MD110 exchange can integrate MX-ONE Telephone System with the MD110 architecture as a first step in the IP evolution.  MX-ONE may be combined with Ericsson's IP-based solution for Contact Center, Solidus eCare, to secure voice and multimedia services and customer care and at connections established between mobile and remote agents.
