On Feb 8, 2005 Ericsson Nikola Tesla and Hewlett-Packard signed a contract according to which HP shall deliver to the leading Croatian and regional supplier of telecom systems and solutions a "Total infrastructural solution for printout management". It is the first solution of the kind in Croatia which secures top quality service through periodical program-controlled supervision of printouts and of infrastructure status, as well as system maintenance. Preliminary evaluations point to considerable savings to be achieved throughout the year with the new system.

The signatories to the contract were Alojzije Jukić, the General Manager of HP and Maria Radtke, Finance and Purchase Director of Ericsson Nikola Tesla .
