This year's presentation of new Ericsson' solutions in the area of Enterprise took place at Cinestar Zagreb on 7th April. The talk show displayed before some 200 spectators involved Gordana Kovačević, the president of Ericsson Nikola Tesla and Snježana Ivezić-Torbarina, the director of Ericsson Nikola Tesla's Enterprise, and Carl Henric Svanberg, the president and CEO of Ericsson, addressed the audience through a video statement. The enterprise solutions were presented to the audience as stories filmed and presented through multimedia.
MX-ONE™, an IP based exchange is a further step in the evolution of enterprise. Ericsson MX-ONE™ integrates data, voice and mobile communications into a compact system. The system has an open architecture, it is graded and future-oriented, and it enables the interconnection of any employee independently of his/her current work position (central bureau, regional bureau, home or travel). Ericsson Mobile Organizer, EMO, is a solution intended for mobile professionals. It provides a secure wireless access to PIM (Personal Information Management) applications, among others to electronic mail and calendar, via mobile devices supporting WAP and HTML.
The story of the evolution of enterprise in the form of a talk show, supported by attractive video material brought impressive possibilities of new products closer to the audience. These new products enable various organizations to have permanent connectivity and access to corporate data independently of current location of employees and also better-cost efficiency.
