Early this year the System Integration specialists from Ericsson Nikola Tesla successfully finished the upgrading project for the existing FileNet platform in T-HT. The documents archiving functionality was extended with the advanced functionalities for business processes and corporate contents automatization and management. The first phase of the entire project was intensive collaboration between Ericsson Nikola Tesla and T-HT which proved to be more than successful so that the entire project finished in record time.

Over a year ago Ericsson Nikola Tesla became both a FileNet solution user and a FileNet partner certified for sales, development and maintenance of FileNet platform based solutions. Our System Integration specialists and those in charge of Change Management projects analyzed the company's business requirements, they developed and by using the FileNet tool implemented the business processes relating to billing, contract management and payroll archiving. The business processes automatization and the digitalization of pertaining documents mark Ericsson Nikola Tesla's step forward to a mobile, paperless office and also an automatization pattern to be applied to other business processes (financial, marketing, sales...), the processes requiring intensive document handling and team work. The knowledge and experience acquired in internal projects implementation Ericsson Nikola Tesla usefully applies in the customers' project implementation. 
T-HT was shown the similarity of business processes existing with the two partners, T-HT and Ericsson Nikola Tesla, and also the advantages of processes automatization solution implemented at Ericsson Nikola Tesla.

Abundant paper documentation encouraged T-HT to search for a solution which should enable documents digitalization and archiving in a secure storage environment. As T-HT, being a pioneer among the users of corporate contents and business processes management solution, had opted for the FileNet system, Ericsson based their solution on the FileNet Business Process Manager. Upgrading this solution onto the existing platform in T-HT was adjusted to business processes automatization and optimization within the company. 

With this project new possibilities are open for further collaboration between T-HT and Ericsson Nikola Tesla in the field of business processes automatization.
