Ericsson Nikola Tesla granted award for Creative and Innovative Human Resources Projects

A Creative Thinking and Innovation Day took place in Hypo Center; its purpose was to draw attention to the importance of creative thinking in business operations. Organizers were the Development and Creative (Thinking) Network in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics, Croatian Chamber of Commerce, National Competitiveness Council and US Chamber of Commerce in Croatia. Presented were many innovative products and projects, also campaigns and programs promoting creative thinking.

The event was preceded by the Creativity and Innovative Thinking in Business and Social Activities Contest; awards were given in eight contest categories.

In the contest category ”Creative and innovative human resources project” were nominated: Ericsson Nikola Tesla, Belupo and VIPnet. The jury members – D.Sc. Slavko Krajcar, D.Sc. Mate Granić, D.Sc. Velimir Srića, D.Sc. Dražen Nikolić, Biserka Preininger Fižulić, Vesna Trnokop Tanta, D.Sc. Feđa Vukić, Jasminka Jelčić and Ivana Nikolić, presented the award to our company in recognition of its comprehensive human resources management policy, care and commitment to continuous competence development.

Marijana Đuzel, ETK Human Resources, Organization and Legal Affairs Director received the award on behalf of the company.
