The Croatian Innovation Quotient 
Ericsson Nikola Tesla is the winner in the category of large companies

The Croatian Innovation Quotient project for the selection of leading innovative companies in Croatia has been successfully completed by announcement of the winners. Ericsson Nikola Tesla is the winner in the category of large companies. On behalf of the company Dr. Darko Huljenić, Manager for Technology and Scientific Activities, took the award.

 

The project was launched by the Lider magazine, Sense Consulting firm and Vern College. 119 companies divided into three categories, large, medium and small, participated in the project. The selection process took place from February 18 through May 2, 2011. In the category of medium companies the winner is Brodarski Institute and in the category of small enterprises the winner is Citus, the Internet Development Company.

 

The objective of the project was to asses the innovation quotient of companies in various sectors, to analyze the study results per primary company indicators in the field of innovation capabilities, strategy, processes and performance, and compare them at the company and management level as well as to suggest improvements at the company level and in Croatia at large. The survey was made using the world’s and European best practices and monitored by leading innovation management experts. All participating companies will receive their respective report on innovation status, explanation of ranking and concrete guidelines how to make a better use of their innovation potential.
