This competition was the second in the row, and the winners were selected among 35 companies listed in the official Zagreb stock exchange, and those that traded the most in the Regular market. All the listed companies with stocks were within the "blue chip" index CROBEX10. The final ranking of the best companies was based on the Zagreb Stock Exchange data considering observing the rules of announcement regular and extraordinary information relating to the business transactions, and on the basis of the poll carried out by the Poslovni dnevnik among the domestic investors. The poll was answered by investment companies, banks, funds management companies as well as by insurance companies and journalists. The maximum points to be won by each particular company was 300, and 100 of them were based on observing the Stock Exchange rules. Up to 200 points depended on the satisfaction of investors with an approach to them by any of the listed companies.

Also, this award was the motive for Thomson Reuters, the leading finance portal to award Ericsson Nikola Tesla a special gift, audio webcast, which is a service for the event at the company choice.
