If the required minimum number of participants will not have been registered the Education Centre will cancel the course. The participants that have registered will be notified within 10 working days before the date of the beginning of the course about the cancellation.

When a registered participant cancels the planned course participation the course fee will be charged according to the following rules:

• when the cancellation is made within the period of 11 (and more) working days from the date of the beginning of the course there will be no charge of the fee
• when the cancellation is made within the period between 10 to 6 working days prior to the date of the beginning of the course 50% of the fee will be charged
• when the cancellation is made within the period of 5 working days (and fewer) prior to the date of the beginning of the course 100% of the fee will be charged.

In all these cases, a registered candidate who in the meantime happens to become unable to participate can be replaced by another one.
